Getting up and running is very straightforward. We need some basic information about you and your business such as what you sell and how you make your sales. We also need to know where you want your sales deposited. Your account can be up and running in a day or so.
Yes, we need to get a signed copy of your current FFL. Down the road, when your FFL renews, we will ask for an updated version so we can maintain our compliance.
Absolutely. Many of our clients sell online and through marketplaces like GunBroker. We recommend using the EMS Secure Gateway which works seamlessly with Instant Checkout at GunBroker and many shopping carts like Woo Commerce, Shopify and hundreds of others.
Taking payments on the go is the most popular request we hear! Using your smartphone leads the pack. If you make many sales or want a professional solution, we suggest a battery powered credit card machine that everyone in your booth can use and print paper receipts.
Our Zero program encourages customers to use cash or, if they choose to use a card to earn miles or get cash back, they pay that added cost. This prevents a business owner from having to raise the price of everything they sell because customers want to use cards. The Split Fee program simply shares the cost with both the merchant and the customer.
There is generally no upfront cost to get started. We supply your first device free-on-loan for the life of your service. We do not have any long term contracts nor do we have any early termination fees. All we ask is that you return the payment device we provided when you close.
