For merchants in firearms and sporting goods segments, submitted data may include product category and compliance-related details required by acquiring banks, payment processors, sponsor banks, and card brand programs. We use this information to determine eligibility, configure services, and support account maintenance.

We share information only as needed with underwriting partners, payment processors, sponsor banks, fraud and compliance service providers, and technology vendors operating on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need to know.
